We are pleased to formally announce our Home Exercise Outreach Program for individuals on a waiting list for Home Support Packages or are frail and at risk of falls. This program has been made possible by funding from Sydney North Health Network and is free for participants. If you or anyone you know are eligible, please get in touch with us. We’d like to welcome May, our newest member of the team. She previously worked in a corporate health assessment clinic for a couple of years and has come on board to provide more personalised sessions based on client needs. Some of you may have already had some classes with her these past few weeks!  Our Monday night fitness class in Parramatta is back for Term 3 on July 18. Lyn has her first day next Monday and comes to us from Greenwich Private Hospital where she has been working for the last 5 years.  City of Canterbury Bankstown are back on board for 2019. Exercise classes at Revesby will commence on Thursday January 31st. Activempowerment is proud to announce that we will once again be facilitating the City of Ryde - Active in Ryde Program for 2019.
