Lift for Life

Lift for Life is an evidenced based resistance training program for people with or at risk of developing type 2 diabetes and other chronic conditions. The program is also beneficial to counteract the effects of ageing by promoting bone health and loss of muscle mass.
Resistance training involves using your own body weight or resistance equipment like a dumbell or rubberised band. We currently run 4 outdoor sessions per week for The City of Ryde.
